Doximity’s stock rose 25% in after-hours trading on Thursday after the company announced better-than-expected results for the third quarter of fiscal 2025.

Doximity is a digital platform for healthcare professionals, helping them stay updated on medical news, manage paperwork, and conduct telehealth appointments. The company earns money mainly from telehealth tools, hiring services, and marketing for clients like pharmaceutical companies.
Doximity’s revenue grew 25% from last year’s third-quarter revenue of $135.3 million.
For the fourth quarter, the company expects revenue between $132.5 million and $133.5 million, above analysts’ estimates of $123.8 million. Doximity also raised its full-year revenue forecast to between $564.6 million and $565.6 million, higher than the previous estimate of $535 million to $540 million.
CEO Jeff Tangney mentioned the company’s record engagement in Q3, with over 610,000 healthcare providers using its tools. The fastest growth came from its AI tools, which grew 60% over the prior quarter.
The company reported a net income of $75.2 million (37 cents per share), up from $48 million (24 cents per share) last year. Doximity’s adjusted EBITDA rose 39% year over year to $102 million.
Doximity stands out in the struggling digital health sector, with its stock price more than doubling in 2024.
