Affiliate Program Terms and Conditions

Welcome to the CamAusLife Academy affiliate program! These terms and conditions (the “Agreement”) apply to your participation in our affiliate program (the “Program”), which is operated by CamAusLife Academy (the “Company”). By participating in the Program, you agree to be bound by these terms and conditions. If you do not agree to these terms and conditions, please do not participate in the Program.

  1. Program Eligibility

To be eligible to participate in the Program, you must be at least 18 years old and have a valid email address. You must also agree to these terms and conditions and the Company’s privacy policy.

  1. Program Overview

The Program allows you to earn a commission by referring new customers to the Company’s online courses. You will receive a commission of 10% for basic referrals and 15% for premium referrals once you reach a minimum of 100 referrals. The commission will be calculated based on the net sale amount of the referred customer’s purchase.

  1. Payment Terms

Your commission payments will be made once you reach the minimum payment threshold of $100. Payments will be made via bank transfer to the bank account you provide to the Company. You are responsible for providing accurate and up-to-date bank account information to the Company. The Company will not be responsible for any payment errors or delays caused by inaccurate or outdated bank account information.

  1. Prohibited Activities

As an affiliate, you agree not to engage in any activities that could harm the Company’s reputation or violate any laws or regulations. Prohibited activities include, but are not limited to, spamming, using false or misleading advertising, promoting the Company through illegal or unethical means, and impersonating the Company or its employees.

  1. Termination

The Company reserves the right to terminate your participation in the Program at any time, for any reason, without notice. If you violate these terms and conditions, the Company may immediately terminate your participation in the Program and withhold any unpaid commissions.

  1. Modification

The Company reserves the right to modify these terms and conditions at any time, without notice. It is your responsibility to review these terms and conditions periodically to ensure that you understand the current terms and conditions.

  1. Governing Law

This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which the Company is located, without giving effect to any principles of conflicts of law.

By participating in the Program, you acknowledge that you have read and agree to these terms and conditions.
